The cable Center’s photoshoot was featured on the cover of RMB!

Cable Center Events celebrated a huge milestone. Our photos from an editorial shoot was recognized on social media and we made it on the cover of a major wedding publication…in print! The vision of this shoot was modern romance. The vendor and creative team loved the idea of merging clean, modern, and architectural elements with the soft neutrals and sophistication. The result was breathtaking and caught the eye of many on social media. Editors reached out and before we knew it we were moving forward with a cover feature and multiple page spread of the entire shoot!

Samantha Joy hosted her first Fempowered LIVE event with The Cable Center for two inspiring days of connection and collaboration.

Motivational speaker, identity coach, and best-selling author Samantha Joy brought together women for her Fempowered Live event, which is a “village where {they} connect on frequency, not status”. The conference included speakers, inspirational female leaders, an expert panel, tools, and connection & collaboration. Attendees shared their stories, sought and gave support & motivation, and uplifted one another in a powerful way that elevated their confidence and left them a higher version of themselves. The Cable Center is Denver’s indoor outdoor venue and here’s why.

Our floor-to-ceiling windows span three-stories high and flood our space with natural light, making your event feel like it’s outdoors…but with the predictability and confidence of an indoor venue. The Cable Center hosts a wide variety of events year- round such as galas, lectures, business gatherings and trainings, holiday parties, and all sorts of social and corporate celebrations. With its iconic terrazzo floors and large-scale video tower, The Great Hall is our premier location for large events. Seating can be arranged presentation-style or with tables for a sit-down affair. And the Video Tower provides the perfect backdrop for customized visuals.

For smaller scale corporate meetings or co-working, The Bresnan Board Room is the perfect multi-functional location. This second-story board room over looks DU’s lacrosse field, has floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light, and an adjoining balcony for fresh air. Host a lunch meeting with catering, a training session, or book the space for a co-working day with a view.

Finally, The Malone Theater is quite the asset to have in central Denver. With outstanding acoustic and lighting design and intimate stage, the theater offers comfortable theater seating for 200 patrons (160 on the main level; 40 in the balcony). Utilize our audio and video capabilities for special presentations, live panel discussions, and lectures. Combine the Malone Theater with the Daniels Great Hall to host a conference or movie premiere.

Sara + Zack

Zack and Sara’s fall wedding at The Cable Center was the perfect mixture of modern and classic.

Sara and Zack had a beautiful fall wedding here at The Cable Center. Late October is a gorgeous time of year in Denver. The grass is still green, the leave are changing colors (this happens much sooner at altitude in the mountains), and the afternoons are warm and pleasant for outdoor ceremonies. This describes Sara and Zack’s wedding to T, in other words, it was perfect. Keep reading for all of the details from their special day.

Beautiful white florals accented by the fall colors made a fresh and warm color palette for Zack and Sara’s wedding day. The tablescapes were set on a black backdrop, which meant the neutral centerpieces really popped. This same palette was reflected in the black bridesmaids’ attire and their bouquets donned black and white anemones. The overall look was a modern take on classic black and white. Sara’s bridesmaids were so sweet, kind and fun. You can really feel the love between them all in these photos.

The bride and groom shared a sweet First Look moment on the Mezzanine, our favorite spot for first looks by far. It’s the picture-perfect location that feels grand yet intimate. The scaling windows let the light pour in and makes the moment magical. Zack was just smitten by his bride and we can tell why… Sara was so elegant, just floating down the Mezzanine towards the love of her life.

Speaking of First Looks…let’s have a moment to swoon over the bride’s First Look with her groomsmen AKA her ultimate hype team. We love this idea so much that we want to start suggesting this for all our brides!

Talk about pumping you up to walk down the aisle!

Before the ceremony, the bride and groom surrounded by their closet friends and family members, singed the Ketubah. The Ketubah was a custom, hand painted work of art.

The wedding ceremony took place over in our Rogers Amphitheater. Tucked around the corner from our Great Hall, couples choose this area for ceremonies because it is private, outdoors, but still right on-site. Fall leaves provided warm colors around the 200 guests and a Chuppah draped in white and accented with gorgeous florals was the focal point on the stage.

After a lovely ceremony and visiting with friends and family, the newlyweds made their way inside to the Great Hall. Cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and a grand exit wrapped up their perfect day.

Congratulations Sara and Zack! We wish you all the happiness in the world and are thrilled that we got to be a part of your special day.
