Do I need to make an appointment for a site visit?

Do I have to use one of The Cable Center’s preferred caterers?

Answer: Our Events Team has identified preferred companies that consistently provide our clients with truly exceptional services. However, we understand that our clients may have relationships with other providers, and we are willing work with them to better serve our clients.

What is the rental fee and what is included?

Answer: We have different spaces to accommodate different needs. Please contact our Events Team directly for rental pricing and inclusions.

How many guests can The Cable Center accommodate?

Answer: Depending on the room setup, we can accommodate anywhere from 5-650 guests in a single space.

How long will I have use of the space I reserve?

Is there an overtime fee?

Answer: Rental includes an eight hour time block to accommodate event set-up and tear-down. Additional rental hours can be purchased, if needed.

Does The Cable Center include any event furniture in the rental?

Answer: Yes. Included in our Daniels Great Hall rental is the use of 30 five-foot rounds, 300 white padded chairs, 12 cocktail tables, and two six-foot banquet tables, to be used indoors.

Who is responsible for the set-up of event furniture?

Answer: Your chosen caterer will be responsible for the set-up and tear-down of the event furniture.

Do you offer WiFi access?

Answer: Yes. We include complimentary high speed WiFi for all events.

When is the rental deposit due?

Answer: The signed rental agreement, along with 50% of the rental fee, is due 14 days after the agreement is sent.

Do I need special insurance for my event?

Answer: Yes. Specific requirements will be outlined in the event agreement.

Do you provide in-house A/V services?

Answer: Yes! Our team of in-house audio/visual specialists can provide full production packages from a small meeting with screen and projector, up to a full production event with sound, lights, and video service.

Do you require an Event Planner?

Answer: A licensed professional day-of event planner is required for all social events and wedding and must be provided by the client. This is separate from The Cable Center’s day-of building coordinator.
